Other than onsite events, we also accommodate hybrid events in Bali which becomes an added value for our service. The hybrid event is defined as events run through both onsite and online locations within the same designated time. For the online service, our team provides a specialized system and/or application that will guide and manage the hybrid event scheme.

The system itself will be interactive and satisfactory for all participants to be indulged in the event despite the location. Additionally, our online conference service also includes the provision of multiple virtual room services for an event that needs different topics or groups of people. If you click each of the Zoom Link link available in the virtual room, you will be directed to join the events streamed. Remember to join the events according to their respective event time. Otherwise, the room will not be joinable.

As for the flow of the online event itself, you do not need to worry about technical disturbance because our team will supervise and direct clients and participants regarding the technical controls and the event flow to prevent redundant errors.
